Draw a house plan free, in 2D
Draw your plan straight in the browser: lay the walls, place doors and windows, name the rooms. Dimensions compute themselves, and the takeoff and the quote in FCFA come out of the same drawing — nothing is re-entered by hand. Free, no signup, and it keeps working with no network.
How to do it, in four steps
- Open the editor — Click "Draw my plan" below. The app opens on an empty plot — no account, no install.
- Lay the walls — Draw walls with the mouse or your finger. They snap to each other and dimension as you go; thickness follows the wall type (200 mm load-bearing, 100 mm partition).
- Cut the rooms — Name each room — bedroom, living room, kitchen, shower. Areas are measured inside the walls, as on a real architect's drawing.
- Open up and cost it — Place the doors and windows: the takeoff deducts the openings from the masonry automatically, and the quote updates in FCFA, trade by trade.

- Real quantities: m² of wall, blocks, cement, m² of roof, linear metres of ring beam. Computed on your drawing, not on an average.

- The same model in volume, to check heights, the roof and how it sits on the plot.
Is it really free?
Yes. Drawing, editing, costing and compliance checking are free and unlimited, with no account. Only watermark-free client PDF exports are paid, and only in Cameroon (5,000 FCFA for 90 days, after three free exports); elsewhere they are free for now. The plan and the quote are yours and stay on your device.

- Do I need to install software to draw a house plan?
- No. SangoImmo opens in your phone or computer browser. You can install it as an app to use it offline, but you do not have to.
- Can I draw a house plan free in 2D?
- Yes. 2D drawing, dimensions, the takeoff, the 3D view and the FCFA quote are free, with no limit on projects. No account is needed to start.
- Is the plan to scale?
- Yes. You draw in real metres: walls, rooms and openings carry their dimensions, and the PDF export comes out to scale with the dimensions on it.
- Can I draw on a phone?
- Yes. The editor takes touch input — one finger to draw and move, two to zoom and pan the plan.
- What do I do with the plan once it is drawn?
- Export it as a dimensioned PDF for your mason, take the takeoff to a spreadsheet for buying, or share a link over WhatsApp. The quote generates from the same drawing.
