What is SangoImmo?

SangoImmo is a 2D/3D plan (BIM), takeoff and quoting tool for building professionals across Africa. You draw a plan (or enter surfaces) and the app computes the quantities and a detailed per-trade quote in your currency, ready to export as a PDF. It works 100% offline.

Does SangoImmo work in my country?

Yes. SangoImmo is built for the whole CFA-franc zone first (CEMAC and UEMOA: Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Gabon, Mali, Burkina Faso, Benin, Togo, Niger, Congo, Chad…) then Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. The app costs in your country's currency and lets you adjust every price to your market.

What currency does SangoImmo quote in?

Yours: FCFA (XAF in the CEMAC zone, XOF in the UEMOA zone), Nigerian Naira, Ghanaian Cedi, Kenyan Shilling and others. The currency is chosen when you create the project and the quote shows in that money.

Is SangoImmo free?

Designing, checking compliance and costing a project is free and unlimited, with no account. The professional PDF export (watermark-free) costs 5,000 FCFA for 90 days in Cameroon after 3 free exports; in the other markets export is free for now. Payment is via Mobile Money.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. SangoImmo works fully offline after installation: your plans, takeoffs and quotes stay on your device. Multi-device sync is optional and free.

How do I make a quote with SangoImmo?

How do I get paid for a job?

Ask for a deposit (often 30–50%) before starting, stage payments across the site's milestones and collect via Mobile Money to keep a trace. SangoImmo can generate a deposit request to your number. How do I find a tradesperson or list myself as a professional?

The SangoImmo directory lists building professionals by city and trade, with their work and ratings. Find a tradesperson or create your free public profile on the <a href="https://sangoimmo.com/en/professionals">building professionals</a> page.

Are the prices on the site valid outside Cameroon?

We publish a detailed, measured price index only for Cameroon (see the <a href="https://sangoimmo.com/en/methodology">methodology</a>). Elsewhere these are orders of magnitude: the app starts from a catalogue you adjust to your local suppliers, and the quote uses your prices. We would rather say so than invent per-city figures we haven't measured.

Is SangoImmo a mobile app?

SangoImmo runs on the Web, on Android and on iOS, and as an installable app (PWA) on any recent phone. The same design and quotes are available across all your devices.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your projects, plans and quotes stay on your device by default. Nothing is shared without your action; only the fields you deliberately publish (public profile, reviews) are visible online.
