Most of what a builder does is the same everywhere: measure the walls, count the blocks, price the labour. What changes across a border is the currency the client reads, the language the quote is written in, and the standards the inspector cites. SangoImmo quotes in KSh Kenyan shilling, writes in French or English, and works with no network — which matters more on a site outside Nairobi than any feature list.
